[Biturbos4] stoptech noise

i actually had something similar - not nearly as loud - but it seemed that 
the pads were getting just a bit hung up.   I suspected that this is 
because i have snow tires on the car and as such, i drive around like an 
old lady in florida.

My solution was do two  agressive almost-stops.  the sound went away.  
Your issue sounds more pronounced than mine was, so I don't suspect you'll 
be so lucky, but trying is free.

I am using the default AXXIS pad from stoptech on my car, i'm about 1/2 
way though them.
