[Biturbos4] stoptech noise

Sounds like the pads are not properly seated.
May be hard to fix after the fact.  Generally, seating involves a few 
hard stops immediately after installation.

Not familiar with stoptech, however, they may have some unique quirks.  
i wouldn;t know.
