Hey John,
You might be right, but to get at the Ashtray mechanism, you need to remove
the Radio and Climate control panel. I found out that the radio removal
tools are quite essential for removing the big Symphony radio units. So I
have ordered a set of removal tools from Crutchfield (thanks Wilson). Once
they arrive, then I can start to take things apart to take a look see.
