[Biturbos4] Headlight alignment

I'm not sure it is to be done without the VAG tool. the xeon lights move
as the suspension moves (if you look on the driver side suspension, front
and rear, you will see two components that attach to the lower control
arm.
IIRC, those are positioners which 'talk' to the headlights.
when your suspension angles change, these adjust the headlights such that
you don't blind oncoming traffic... or at least that is the idea.

So far as the note goes, my car is lowered, but maybe not as much as some
others. I did not need to bend the sensor brackets.
