[Biturbos4] Changing the gauge cluster?

I have located a used gauge cluster.  Is there any good procedures for removing this cluster on the web?

The used cluster is a US model, and I live in Canada, so I will also need to disassemble the cluster to change the face-plates on the speedo and some of the other gauges that don't have metric readings.  How easy is it to dismantle the cluster to get at those face-plates?  Or I was thinking that it might be better to just swap the center display panel (which is what I am trying to fix)... as the keep the original odometer reading.  Any suggestions?
