[Biturbos4] 18" wheel tire pressure

It should say either in your gas filler or inside the rear door jamb.
If audi does not list that size, good practice is that it is 
proportionally higher for lower load ratings.

So if, for example, you old tires had a load rating of 92, these have 
91, raise it a bit, to compensate for the lower overall load carrying 
capacity.

Sorry I dont know exactly for that size.
