[Biturbos4] Best chip??

There have been a lot of conversations about this in the past- You  
may be able to seach the archives for some more info- But i think the  
consensus is GIAC and APR.

I had APR in my S4, and loved it- I liked the multiple programs that  
were controlled by the cruse control stalk... Power boost was  
excellent. And definitely could be a little peaky at times.

I believe the GIAC may be a little more 'peaky' And possible less  
smooth delivery of power
