[Biturbos4] Best chip??

Maybe you should dump that K&N filter and prevent premature MAF failure.

GIAC, MTM and APR have good reputations for this... I'm sure there
are others.

My car has had an APR for a few years now. Other than to say "it
works as advertised" there's not much to say about it. I'm not sure what
you mean by peaky, but if you mean to spike higher - i'd suggest that this
is not an ideal setup when it comes to longevity. But then, maybe you
don't care.

Most of the K03 options deafult to holding boost at 1bar, and
trail off to something lower as the RPM's go higher. if you have K04's
(as i do) that's another story.

Chips for the S4 basically raise your peak boost pressure. I don't think
there will be any signifigant sound difference between chips. This is
probably more a function of exahaust, or any goofy intake that might find
it's way under your hood. My car is louder at WOT than not, i expect that
it's a bit louder now compared to before it was chipped.

Your exhaust system and intake system setup will also have the potenital
to impact boost spikes as well, and as such one's noted "peakyness" of a
given chip may or may not translate to your setup.

You could always get an EBC and do you're own tune :)

good luck.
