[Biturbos4] boost problems w/ apr chip

regarding possible boost leaks. im located in kc,mo . can you ship it to me maybe?? . you said i can (I just use my mouth to suck and blow
on it on it, like a straw) to see if it works right. at T. what is
at T mean? are you saying at the TB throttle body? i dont really
know much about cars so can you be more specific. also, i have a APR 93 octane chip and i was told im supposed to be hitting like 18 psi, is this true?

dear audi gearheads, can you help me, im having
