[Biturbos4] Throttle position sensor problem

I made a similar purchase, which was not required.
Infact, i have an exta TB and pedal for "testing" now.

In my case, it's nothing more thant he wire that goes between the pedal 
and the wire harness.   Nothing was visually wrong with that wire or the 
connector.  I couldn't see any corrosion, but that's the souce.

Try changing the platic conector. It is inexpensive.

If the adaptatin of your TB works OK, and you're able to move through the 
motion and see the sensors in VAG respond to pressing down the pedal, 
those sensors are working.  if that is the case, then you may have what i 
ran into, which was an intermittant connectivity problem.

the condition where you drive around and think all is well, but suddenly, 
EPC, is exactly the condition i experienced.   You may replace the TB and 
think all is well, only to be surprised in another month.
