Welcome back Alan.
The list is as active as people make it - the biturbo list was never a high
volume list here.
VAGCOM (now VCDS thanks to VW's legal team) is indispensable for a newer
Audi/VW.
For a few hundred bucks, you get better functionality than the
multi-thousand dollar factory tools, and I've not seen anything like it for
any other non-VAG make.
You can cheap out and buy a generic interface on eBay, and license the
software only, but I recommend the real deal.
