Hey steve,
When I went through this problem it was the Same thing ..at first I
bought the bulbs from plasmalighting and the same one went out in a
mnoth.149.99. I then went on eBay and bought another set, yes eBay
only to test they were about 39.99 so what the heck. I only put one
in ,both were8000k d2s and they were exactly the same. If k had to say
one was better I'd say the cheap one. These results just plain suck
because I like the ebay lights better. All in all it is most likley
your bulb, I do have an extra bulb to check it mabye even a stocker.
Sorry for taking so long to reply.
