Alternator and/or voltage regulator. The regulator is integral to the alternator and likely not replaceable independently--at least not cost effectively. I would get this fix ASAP-- I had exactly the same symptoms and the car lasted about two days before the battery was shot and I was dead on the roadside. You may find the busted alternator has fried the battery--that's what happened to me.
A good wrench may be able to replace the alternator with only the belly pan off; mind did.

Can drop to 11.85 with max load. New alternator? Volt reg? Can the volt reg be replaced w/o dropping entire nose? Look forward to hearing thoughts
