[Biturbos4] Winter wheels

[Brandon Rogers]

I know there was a Euro 16" winter wheel designed specifically for the S4 -
a friend of mine had them on his but that's the only set I've seen.  Seeing
as how they are rare -or might need to come from across the pond, the cost
benefit may not be there

Well, (a) the tyres are more expensive, and (b) I can't find any steel 17s,
so the wheels are /much/ more expensive.
