[Biturbos4] Winter wheels

Personally, I had even more issues with Stoptech's on my car. The factory
rims BARELY cleared the Stoptechs (slim profile a/k/a "racing" stick-on 1/2
oz tape would be the thickest for balancing). I ran those with Nokian
studded Hakka 2s in the winter and 18" for summer tires. I never "wanted"
for more sidewall, and I've been a winter driving school instructor since
around 2000. That said, I also would've gone for the 16" rims in the
winter had that been available... but many cars today are 17" minimum and
tires have come up in the level of performance. In other words, 16" is
fine and likely slightly better in snow.... but 17" will be fine as well,
and will be slightly better on ice, dry, and wet pavement.
