[Biturbos4] B5 S4 Glove box strut/dashpot

It's not gas, its just dampened by air.  If the rod comes out of the
cylindrical unit, this is what happens. Usually only happens when people
forget after taking their glove box out.

Just take the strut/rod and put it back in the cylinder. If the cylinder
broke free from the mount I was able to fix that with a small nail used as
a pin...worked fine for a few years now. Should be a simple fix for you,
not much to really break.
