[Es2] Cleaning and painting the engine questions...

My block was really ratty.  However, since I did the teardown in my
basement, it wasn't feasible to move it to a sandblaster.  So I used
wire brushes chucked in a drill to remove the big scale, then a series
of dremel brushs to do the small areas.  I painted it with high temp
engine paint and six years later it is holding up pretty well.
