I have never pulled the head so can't comment by observation, but just
glanced at the microfiche and it sure shows bolts for every engine
application. Wonder what is going on there? I think the rule of thumb
for head studs/bolts is always replace: Production engines use stretch
fasteners designed to be torqued once. Aftermarket fasteners like
Raceware are reusable.
