[Es2] RS2 exhaust manifold GP...

For those interested, Alex at Europrice is getting the
next GP together for the RS2 exhaust manifold.  If
they get 10 people (almost there) the "discounted"
price will be $796.19, not including shipping.  I
believe it will include the wastegate and turbo studs.
