[Es2] 90 coupe quattro 7A ECU

Anyone have a stock one around that can be used to test to see if that's
the problem for a friend's car. The ECU is telling them something is
wrong with their throttle body switch? Mechanic knows that's not the
problem, says the problem is the ECU. I don't really know what's going
on, owner says he has taken the car to local dealer, they don't want to
work on it. Has also been to a number of local shops in Portland,
Oregon.
 
If there is something wrong with the ECU might be a sale to the owner of
the car? I'm sure they would put down a deposit on the ECU or whatever
you might need.
