[Es2] adjusting the wastegate spring

On the 3B cars (and I think AAN) there is a small metal protective cover
the size of a dime.  Drill a small hole into the cover and pull it out
using a self-tapping screw.  Under the cover you'll find some epoxy;
clean it out to expose the internal-hex bolt.  Count the threads or
otherwise keep track of your starting point.

Quite some time ago someone sent me instructions on how to adjust or
"turn down" the wastegate spring. I seem to have lost those
instructions. Does anyone else have them? I know it involves drilling a
hole in the metal cap to access the hex head bolt or something like
that...
