I take it you didn't go to the links I provided from AW. There are several people that he has scammed. Basically, if you send him a payment, he is done with you and will cut off contact.

I'm confused.

Why is this guy considered a scammer? Is it because of one bad deal or
is there a history of bad deals?

Why would a scammer use a home address where it's obvious the Tilford
family lives (so far we've got Jerry/Jared, Buck, Judi, and now
William at this address). I don't understand the misspelled name
thing. Someone has obviously met Jerry in person because an Audi
traded hands.
