[Es2] Another MAF down

Think it is time to start using a hot film mass air flow sensor, instead
of a hot wire.  They work pretty much the same; start off by looking at
cars that use them and make near the same HP.  I'd think a late 993 or
early 996 Porsche might be close, and custom software should be able to
adapt the stored maps to match the signals.

My ES2 is now on its third MAF in less than 1000miles. Mihena where are
you, I really need help, I only have one more spare left. I left the
screens in this one to see if that helps. Anyone in or near Michigan
that knows of a place that can program in a bigger MAF for me or program
this one to live on the pressure side in between the intercooler and
throttle body?
