[Es2] Another MAF down

There are a few differences, like the need for 5V at the senser and no 
burnoff, but all in all it would be a pretty simple change.  The big 
thing is getting the MAF table in the software calibrated for it.  I 
would think Mihnea could handle that quite easily.

BTW, I am looking for a few defective MAFS for some experimentation 
(specifically '91 200q/S4/RS2 or Porsche 928 S4).   Contact me direct if 
you have one that you would be willing to part with.
