[Es2] springs for ES2

I beat it to death on the 20v list a few months ago. A tally of
opinions for "spirited" daily driving was definitely in favour of
Bilstein shox and H&R springs; I haven't been disappointed.
The rides terrific -- not too harsh and nice and flat cornering,
braking and accelerating.  I'd replace all the rubber bits while
you're at it.  I've heard great things about Mance's Mount Savers (see
tdif.com) too.
