These are custom-made aluminum flywheels for the Audu 3.6 V8.  Designed as a direct replacement for the OEM flywheel as it came on the rare 90/91 5-sp cars.  Since those engines have 10 crankshaft bolts, this is the only flywheel in universe you can use muahahahahahahah!

I don't know why Audi did that, but it sure is dumb.  Anyhoo, this part will also work with the 01A and 01E transmissions is you use my little bushing for the pilot bearing (see pic).

I have 3 left and some lucky audifans folks can have them for $575.  Not sure if I'll ever have any more made.
