I'm selling my 86 4kq since I just don't want to deal with the gremlins that go with a 20 year old car. I originally bought this car about 4 years ago as a winter car since, A)it's a quattro and I live in the Chicago area; B) It ran and drove great even though it looked like hell! 
  The previous owner had replaced ALL of the suspenson and subframe bushings so it rides like new!! The thing that I,ve done to it are: New radiator+hoses, new rear rotors/pads, new tires(3years ago but there is still a ton of tread on them, cap rotor plugs wires ,sony cd player with kenwood speakers in the rear and infinitys in the front (gotta have the tunes!), and basic routine maintenence after that! I've loved this car but I don't have the time anymore to care for the thins it needs and will need. I just want it to go to another audi fan so it can at least be used for good. Great parts car or driver if you want to fix the following: Front brake circuit is out because a hard line has exploded under the passenger side hood, It runs but since it has been sitting for a few months it's a little rough and I think a couple of injectors may be stuck, cracked windshield, no headlight lamps but the lenses are there, diff lock doesn't work (hasn't since I bought it), door handles all work
(with a little wiggle magic), only drivers rear window doesn't work (I never even cared about it but I have a couple of swithches if you care) sunroof will tilt but won't open. Email me for pics.500obo. Oh, Its the dark grey (with oxidization and rust spots)  with light grey cloth interior (pretty good interior!). lemme know friends. Ryan
