2001 S4 Avant. Casablanca White with grey leather, and a 6 speed manual. It has 167K highway miles, and it is in excellent condition. Bose w/rear 6cd changer, moon-roof, heated seats. Recent t-belt, Bilstein shocks, front control arms, brake pads and rotors, front outer CV boots, and much more. It has no mechanical issues, and it is by far the most reliable car I've ever owned. I need to free up some $ so sadly, it most go. The engine runs great and pulls hard, the transmission is smooth, the clutch is good, the brakes feel great, and the steering is tight. The paint is glossy, although there is some minor road rash from mileage on the front bumper and leading edge of the hood, and a few minor scratches on the rear bumper. There are a couple minor dings and small scratches in the paint along the sides of the car. The glass is excellent. The oil has been changed every 5-6k miles with Mobil 1 and Mann filters. It uses no oil between changes. The car is completely stock, other than the
upgraded Bilstein shocks. The interior is in very good condition, except for a 6 inch tear on the driver's seat bottom at the seam. Also, the driver's seat back does not warm up. This car defies mileage. It looks and feels like it has 67k miles, not 167k. It is a lifetime Southern car with a clean underbody and engine compartment. When I bought this car, I was shopping for A4 Avants, but because of the high mileage, I was able to afford this S4. Now, 32,000 miles later, I have not been disappointed. I have spent thousands to get the maintenance up to date, so now the car is ready for the next 100k miles. These S4 Avants are extremely hard to find, especially with the 6-speed.
