Factory P/N 8D9 861 873. This is from a 2000MY A4 Avant. It came new with my wife's car when we lived in Seattle. It's never been used, but a bit dusty from storage.  This clips into the D-rings in the cargo area and can be tightened with adjustable buckles. Don't know what else it might fit, but e-mail me and I can give you some dimensions. When not in use, it rolls up into its own spiffy little zipper sleeve. Buyer pays $15 shipping. Make offer for the part.
