Description:
NO PICTURES.

Pulled from a S4 with 200k miles but the head had new valve guides & seals, seats were redone and head was decked -all within last 10k miles. Installed with MLS head gasket and ARP head studs. New seals through out. Has a full metal water spout on back of head, recent CPS. 
Includes starter and most/all sensors. 
Flywheel/clutch/Air conditioning compressor, turbo, not included.
