200Avant - water ingress

Mark,
Don't discount the windshield (windscreen) too quickly.  The bright
molding around the windshield glass has proved to be a leaking point on
my 89 100.  A narrow bead of silicone sealant (exterior grade) applied
at the junction of the glass and molding, then pushed under the molding
with a single blade razor cured the leaking for me.
