ADMIN plz read: Double posts?

Is it just me or are some of you getting double posts from the list?  IE:  I
may get this letter posted twice to the list even though only sent it once.
It does not seem to happen all the time, just from time to time.  Maybe the
changes have something to do with it.

I have seem doubles from other people as well who have only posted to the
mother list.  IE:  no sub lists that could have also been posted to.
