For anyone else interested in q-list decals, they are still available.  In 
fact, it is beginning to appear that I have a lifetime supply.  :-)  Send 
me a self-addressed stamped envelope with payment of $5 for each pair of 
decals you want and I'll do my best to get 'em back to you ASAP.  My 
snail-mail address is in the sig below.  Profits go to Dan for partial 
support of the q-list expenses.  (Aside: Dan, I have another $200 to send 
you soon.)

The decals are made of the same self-stick static-cling stuff that the 
quick oil change joints use on your windshield to remind you of your next 
oil change (should you happen to make the mistake of dealing with 
one).  They will leave no permanent marks should you decide to remove them 
or simply to move them to another spot on the glass of your car.  They are 
oval and 3" wide (~75mm) by 2" (~50mm) high with a black stylized Q on a 
white background.  The q-list URL is printed along the lower edge.
