G60 Conversion on `89 90 Quattro

Well,

  There goes my bias.  I assumed it was an American Vehicle.  Bad assumption, sorry.  Over here we didn't get the MB (as you know) and thus no G-60's.   thats what I meant.   Sorry

Oops again. The MB ur-quattro has G60s. So do many late WRs - Audi
worked a _lot_ on the ur-quattro's brakes between 1986 and 1988.

G54s are becoming _VERY_ hard to find. We had an early ur-quattro in
a few weeks ago with "a stuck right handbrake".

The most economical solution (believe me) was to upgrade the entire
system to 1986 specification.
