Exhaust color/strange Idle

This sounds like my car after the timing belt skipped
a few teeth.  I would check it, I learned the hard way
after it snappped.  I wish I would have been aware of
the turbo transplant before I paid for that repair.

For awhile now a whittish/greyish exhaust fumes color
has been coming out
along with this very annoying rattling sound from the
engine bay. The oil
level is fine but I still hear this sound. It seems to
get louder when the
engine is under a loud (ex. when going up a hill). But
now along with
everything my car is shacking like crazy when in drive
waiting at a
light(around 850 rpm, but in park it idles at 1050
rpm). I recently add a
custom 2.25" exhaust system, new cap, rotor, bosch
wires, platinum plugs,
and oil change). It seems like I am not getting any
power until about 3700
rpm, and the automatic tranny is not shifting properly
to me. (I am use to a
