Poor idle, stalling, hard re-start solved.

After some checking (per suggestions) I found that the metal pipe from air
meter to turbo was unseated AND the drivers side IC tank (motor side) had a
1/2" crack.

Seated the pipe and mixed a nice amount of two-part epoxy to fix the crack.

For good measure I used four extra clips from an old busted ic and epoxied
the rest of the IC tank edges on both ends.

Car never ran smoother.
