12v v6 tuning: No Chip!

Also mind that the US 90 had a different chip than the 80.  Different
emissions control equipment and requirements.  They may not be inclined
to sell a chip made for the 80 to a 90 owner, since they probably didn't
get a 90 to test it on -- otherwise they probably would have noted it on
the US site for the 90.
