No Start '94 100S...the common suspects have been eliminated...ideas??

Dead fuel pump/relay?  Bad engine speed sensor/wiring? 
Camshaft/Crankshaft position sensor signals out of sequence (this would
happen if the cam belt jumped a tooth)?  Bad wiring/ground connection to
ECM?  Just some thoughts.  I assume that when you say the crankshaft
position sensor is working properly, they also checked the wiring coming
to it.
