Where oh where has the q-list gone???

This is in the works.  Stay tuned for a FAQ that will have answers to 
the most common questions I get asked.  It's about 3/4 of the way 
done.

Volunteers are welcome to write up easy to follow guides for turning 
off HTML, MIME, etc in various email programs, and I'll include them. 
I can personally do Eudora for Mac.
