please help.. burnd out lighs on dash and climate control

Hello All,

I'm new to the list and so far 1 question asked and 1 problem solved.  Pretty 
good.  I have another 1.  

My 1992 100CS has two lights that have burned out on the dash.  1- in the 
climate control panel.  i can see the numbers when the sun is shinning but 
not at night.  How do I get at this bulb?  2- the other light is the gear 
indicator guage on the dash.  It use to be lit up now its not.  how can i get 
at this light?
