Expensive ones are no better than cheap ones -- I'd say get whatever
your local parts place sells (incidentally, mine sells Lisle and I'm
very pleased with it).

Yowza! Time to buy a torque wrench? :)
Seriously, mine came right out (with a torque wrench). Make sure you
start threading the new ones in by hand, since the angle is a bit weird
and it's possible to cross-thread them. Then don't over torque! 50Nm
(37ft lb's)!
