Tony,

Thanks for the reply.  I guess I need to pull the wheels off again and take
a closer look.  I had my hands on all of this, and saw no obvious problems,
however, I wasn't looking for any either.

Come to think of it, one of the calipers adjustment 12mm hex hole was
corroded enough that I had to force a 13mm into it.

I'll try applying some of that bendix brake component lube that I never know
what "moving parts" to apply to.

Hi Ben,

I'd take a look at the lever arms (on the calipers) the cables are attached 
to.  They must be free to move.  Many reports of these seizing up due to
rust.
