My "local" dealer (40 miles away) must have gotten the
same training seminar as this Jim Ellis clown.  Parts
are always list +.  The people who work there are SO
smug.  It's actually kind of incredible, because if
you knew anything about the educational system here
you'd realize we're not talking rocket scientists.  He
doesn't believe that you could possibly know ANY
p/n's, even if you tell him you're reading it off the
part.  They will not even consider ordering any part
HE can't find a number for.  I've had better luck
using the VW dealer.  Their parts guy actually seems
human.  After Audi a**holes told me they "couldn't"
tell me the code for my radio, the VW parts guy got it
in 2 seconds off the computer-for free.
