Jim,
My dealer is ridiculously expensive as well- $1.95 for
those nice copper self-locking spade connectors!

However, as long as I don't have to deal with the parts
manager, the other guys are very cool. The parts manager
is a complete prick who thinks he knows everything.

I guess it's just a matter of knowing who to deal with-
I know which service writer I deal with in case I need to
bring our A4 in for service, and I try to avoid the parts
manager when ordering parts.
