re. 5kcstq engine problem when cold

Huw,

It may be time for a good cleaning, and to replace the idle/throttle
screw(O-ring).

The problem is intermittant and didn't happen today, and I havn't stalled
yet.  I think it is the idle screw that I turned all the way in.  I know the
O-ring is shot, but 1) couln't make it to the dealer and 2) the gasket seal
seemed to work just fine.

I wouldn't have even mentioned it 'cept for Wallace having a similar
problem.

Other than that, the engine runs great, and the heavily wrapped michelin man
hose is hanging tight - home Depot retrofitfix in the works details to
follow.
