5000 Turbo Quattro Exhaust

I removed mine. It's louder and a bit choppier, b/c I put on a 2.5" turbo 
muffler [$45 local]. It's not really much louder though, listening to the 
stereo at moderate levels drowns out the sound. Having an exhaust leak is 
10x louder. Didn't lose much torque and had decent gain in power at the 
top. Overall, liked the performance and the price. If you do go 
aftermarket, make sure you keep the stock fittings in place. I had them 
just cut the old muffler out and clamp the new muffler in between the stock 
exhaust fittings, so later I could replace it w/o welding and could choose 
a stock exhuast if I really wanted to.
