Are 5k FWD tie rod adjusters available as a sub-assembly?

I just opened up my spare pair, in preparation for going in for an
alignment, and found the threads missing/thin either where the jam nut used
to be, or where the crimp sleeve grabbed the thread.

Plan is to have the spare pair freed up and greased, and just hand them to
the guy doing to alignment.
