I would like to see something like this implemented on this list.  My
anti-virus software causes coded text to take forever to display with the
Juno mail reader.  It would probably be more productive to automatically
bounce the coded text back to the originator with a polite note about
what they're doing wrong.  Most people make posting mistakes
unintentionally or because they don't have a clue as to email
configuration.
