Indeed.  I learned a great deal today- and I would pull the codes myself,
except that when I called to set up a time for a pre-purchase checkout,
the owner regretted to inform me that someone else is showing up tomorrow
afternoon with the full asking price, sight unseen.

Bummer- so its all moot now.
