strapped?

There are at least 50 entries in the archives regarding the intercooler, 
and I'm sure some of them refer to strapping.  The idea basically is to 
keep the intercooler assembly from blowing apart under extreme boost by 
putting a couple of long hoseclamps or some similar holding device around 
the caps to keep them in place.
